fantastic stay with amazing service
great location helpful staff convenient bicycles
the location was great. i had easy access to various tourist spots. the staff were very helpful and cute (especially nam). the complimentary bicycles allowed for convenient exploration of the area. i found this service particularly useful.
the room i stayed in had a slightly worn feel. i noticed some water damage on the walls. a faint humid odor was present in the room, but i didn't report it. (i spent most of my time outside anyway.)

the hotel is near a local market. this market operates in the morning. its proximity allows guests easy access to local produce and goods. the general location is convenient for tourists.

the staff was friendly. they provided prompt service. nam helped with directions, show tickets, and assistance with personal devices. currency exchange and laundry services were available through the hotel.

Really good Stay with Excellent Service
fresh breakfast fun cooking class free bicycles
The breakfast was very delicious with fresh ingredients. I booked a cooking class through the hotel and had loads of fun. Free bicycles were available, a lovely bonus. I used them to explore the area. The staff were helpful and accommodating.
The room showed some signs of wear, including some water damage on the walls.

The hotel is just on the outskirts of the ancient town. It is convenient. It is easy to walk or take a short ride into the busy center and then escape when you have had enough.

My room was lovely and clean. It had good size. I stayed in a beautiful double room. The bed was also very soft in the room.

There is a pool available with sunbeds for relaxation. Guests can use an elevator for easy access to different floors. The hotel provided free bicycles to get around.

The reception staff were excellent and they offered assistance with various activities. Nam and his team are caring and accommodating hosts. Nam assisted me with laundry service, currency exchange and drivers for my tours.
